Use & Care
- For the area around fin or belly, erect the edge and move it so that you can remove fish scales well.
- Wash the fish scaler in the meantime; otherwise it will be slippery or slimy with removed scales. Washing the fish in advance to remove sliminess is also recommended.
- If the fish surface is dry or frozen, scale removal will be harder. When the rubber edge gets less sharp in long-term use, sharpen the edge with a box cutter. This will be fine unless the core stainless board come out.
