- Using patented technology, a small amount of water placed in the outer pot generates steam that gradually heats the inner pot. Once boiling, the steam rises from the rim of the inner pot to heat the ingredients evenly from above as well.

How to Make Tofu with This Pot
- Fill the outer pot with water up to the inner guideline. In winter, use hot water.
- Set the inner pot in place and pour in the soy milk.
- Add nigari (coagulant) and stir well about 10 times.
- Cover with the lid and light the solid fuel. The tofu is ready once the fuel has burned out completely. The small size takes approximately 10 minutes.
Use & Care
- After use, wash the pot thoroughly and dry it completely before storing.
- Use solid fuel and heat until the fuel has completely burned out.
- Please use the dedicated stove (sold separately).
- Do not use in a dishwasher or microwave.
- Due to the use of natural materials, slight variations in color and size may occur.
