- Flat bottom wok.
- Yamada woks are known for a top quality highly evaluated by professionals for its elaborately hammered surface, which is made one by one and totally distinctive from that of pressed woks.
- Because these woks are all handmade, the bottom may not be perfectly flat, but it’s the proof that they are all individually handmade.
Use & Care
- The wok is pre-seasoned and ready to use upon delivery. Since it’s made upon each order, it will take 5-10 weeks before the shipment. You don’t need to heat the wok to burn off the coating before first use, but wash it with detergent. Then, stir-frying vegetable scraps is recommended in order to make the wok ready.
